Try as I might to convince you that this is a legitimate request to change the E-mail address from the personal one to that is role-based, perhaps seeing that I am managing the entire @agendaalexandria.org domain might be sufficient.
Here is your last E-mail to me:

As a reminder, my reply to you — from the Ricardo account — said, “Maybe it is being blocked, but we are a minuscule non-profit, and I *am* the ‘IT’ department. I am not sure how I would detect it being blocked.”
Please see the E-mail message from the Ricardo account that includes a screenshot of the message you sent me. And scroll down for the auto-reply from Fin from Zencastr that came in a little while ago (as of this writing).
This HAS to be enough to convince you that this is a legitimate request.
